Shipping Policy:

  1. Order Processing: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The delivery time will depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. During the checkout process, you will see the available shipping options along with their respective costs.

  4. International Shipping: Page Prods currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  5. Undeliverable Packages: In case a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or any other reason beyond our control, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If the customer decides to cancel the order instead, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

  2. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance or final sale items, unless they are defective or damaged.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
